Hello Everyone! Here is what has been going on with me
since my last update. :)
In August I attended Fit Camp and as always I was fortunate to train
with some outstanding Fitness Factory athletes
and had a great time. Many of us even made
time in between our training to head out to
the movies one evening. For those of you that
know me, you'll know that was a big deal for
me since I don't go out to movie theaters
very often. I very rarely have the time nor
the patience to sit through an entire movie
in one sitting. I usually wait until it comes
out on DVD and watch it in little increments.

Q: Should I warm up before my weight workout?
A: You should always make time for a proper warm up
before your workout. It will help prevent injury,
increase your performance, and put you in the right
mind-set for your workout.

Q: Will eating a lot of fruits give me diabetes?
A: Fruits are okay, but too much fruit equals too
much sugar. Consuming a large quantity of fruits by
itself will not give you diabetes. However, consuming a
diet that is predominately comprised of refined
carbohydrates, simples sugars, and high in saturated
fats may lead to obesity which will put you at a higher
risk for developing adult onset diabetes.
