Updates/News

June 2007

Wow! Half the year almost over. Where does the time go? I hope everyone is happy and healthy going into the second half of 2007.

I did have the surgery on my shoulder last October. After all my fear, I am so glad I made the decision to agree to the surgery. There was so much more wrong in there that was never going to heal on it's own. My shoulder is more stable and stronger than ever. The best part is there is no more pain.

I am still contemplating competing this year but it's looking like it may work out better for me to plan for an early return to the competition stage in 2008.
